Please Note:

• Each flight experience lasts approximately 20 minutes.
• Each flight time slot can fly maximum of 2 aircrafts at a time.
• Weather and wind conditions are the main factors for flight safety and may affect your scheduled time or aircraft type.
• If wind conditions are not suitable, a free upgrade to an  Ultralight aircraft will be offered at no additional cost. If you do not wish to change the aircraft, please notify us at the time we inform you of the weather forecast, usually 1 day in advance or on the day of the activity. If no notice is given and the customer refuses to fly after pickup service has been provided, no refund will be issued.
• If weather conditions are not suitable for any aircraft, you will be offered a full refund or reschedule.
